This is my water safety current events. It was about a man who was found on Whangarei harbor floating with a life jacket on. Apparently their was a accident near snails beach but he was with another person with him during the accident. The other man was found before this fella did so I decided to do a current events about him to remember him and Stewart Atutahi.
