Reflection on how our production went

Reflection Questions I am pleased with my performance because when I was saying my part of the act I said it loud and clear. I am also proud with my performance because the instrument people had helped the dancers to keep in time with the rhythm. I am pleased with the our classes performance because their tried their best and I think they went well. Our class room still needs to work on is to be quiet when we are coming around, more energy, and to keep in time with the rhythm. To make our production look good for the audience is to give them advice like to have energy, confidence, and to have fun. My family said that it was cool and funny at the same time. We need to be quiet when the lights go down. Have respect.

 The most thing I have enjoyed about this term is the schools Production because, it was fun, exciting and also funny. This term I have learned something new that Miss Paton has introduced us for E-learning and it is google draw. I am really proud of my work because I have tried my best and made an effort it it. Next term I will need to listen and focus more.

Ripper rugby

Yesterday the rugby boys and ripper girls walked to Point England to play sport. It was a long walk to Point England but it was a nice exercise. As we all arrived we saw our tent so we placed our bags down and started to weigh ourself. it was time, I was felling a little bit nervous of playing ripper rugby because it was my first time. As we played our first game it was a Tie and I had fun! Our second game we had 1, 5 to them and then after that game we heard that we have no more games because the girls were playing rugby so that was disappointing. We had a great day and we watched our boys and they were alright. We all said we loved it and we had fun! \

This is my story from a website called Mad Libs. This site is a good web site for writing because it helps you with Adjectives, Plural Noun, Verbs and much more. I have lernt by that site lots of Adjectives and more Plural nouns.

My Holiday

The Exciting Day

“Wow! That movie was great lets watch it again” I yelled with excitement. In the holidays my aunt's, cousin and I went to the Events in Manukau Mall to go watch Wolverine.

First my auntie dropped us off at the mall to go and watch Wolverine. I was full of excitement because ever since it came out in cinemas I was always dying to watch it so that time it was my lucky day.

Next I ran into the mall then I smelt all these delicious foods. We all went to countdown to buy some goodies. We walked out with chocolate, fizzy drinks, lollies and popcorn. “Yumm”  as I  was thinking in my mind.

We walked to the Events and then we were waiting in line to

get our tickets. Finally we got up to the top so we paid for our tickets. We did that so we had to wait again for our movie. While we were waiting we went over where the RK games were so we played a few games.

It was time, we walked up to the man who does the tickets so that he can check if we were sneaking. We walked into room cinema 3. There was lots of people already seated so we rushed to a chair and sat down. The movie came on, the lights went low and it went quiet and thats when my eyes went big. The movie was full of drama, acting, and lots more action.

After the movie we walked out with all our rubbish and dumped it in the bin. We walked nearer to the food court and again all those foods were just making me hungry.

We went home on a bus. I really enjoyed the movie and I was feeling tired. By Shantay

My Maths game

This is a game that I have been playing. It is about Maths. You get to chose your own subject like multiplication, subtraction. During the game you get asked questions and at the end of the game you get your score and this is my score. It was fun!                                                                                      

Room 7 is learning about Pancake Rocks (Punakaiki Toka) and this is our map that Miss Paton had introduced us to. These rocks are very special because they are over 30 million years.    

Duffy Assembly

On Tuesday the 30th of July, Duffy came to our school hall to perform to Panmure Bridge School about "Duffy Loses His Words". He also came a long with Scuffy (duffys brother) and Afi (duffys best friend). We saw a lot of talent from all of them and my best part of the story I liked was at the end because I won a book from Mrs Miller. It was fun! I also got chosen to go up and help Duffy spell, and I was "O" because we were spelling out POTATO. That day was my lucky day and I liked it.

Xtramath 2/08/2013

 In Xtramath I have been learning my Subtraction.  As you can see I have 3 more squares left and i'm gonna try my best to finish it to get on to Multiplication.  Wish me luck!

My School Holiday

!WOW !

I love the school holidays and this is what I got up to so far.

1st day I went on the internet at home and went on games,

2nd day my cousins came over for a week, 

3rd day went to the pools in Howick, 
4th day went to the museum and I saw Caitlin and Samantha Manu,
5th,6th,7th stayed home (:
and then the rest of the holidays I spent my days at my nannas house. I went online, played games, went to the mall, and much more fun stuff!!! 
I can not wait to come back to school.

Todays Xtramath Results

In Xtramath I have been trying my best to get to the next stage times table. So all I need to do to finish my chart is to practice 11-8=3 and 15-6=9

Here is one of the strategies I have been using to help me with my Xtramath.

My future education classsroom

In the past education their was a lot of stationery and it was a bit hard doing your work but until now. The future has changed a lot by having apple computers, apple laptops, I pads and the internet. In the olden days they didn't have a lot of technology machines but in the future there will be a lot more machines. In my floor planer I have put in a music room so kids can have fun but they got to have permission to go in there. I also have a game area so kids who are finished their work can have fun and use up all their spare time. I also have designed a teachers office for the teacher, a kitchen for cooking, kids desk and reading area for the teachers to read with a group. Thats all I got on my floor planner but if you visit room7 blog you will find lots of our amazing floor planners. Thanks for listening.

This term I have been learning about Present and Future education.   I have learnt that in the present education they normally don't have that much technology but in the future they use lots of new technology machines like I pads, apple computers, apple laptops and we also can use projectors.

My Speech Reflection

My speech topic was about We should not have a tuck shop at school.

My voice was clear and it also was loud.

I stood still but not relaxed because I was nervous.

The hardest part of speeches was writing it because it used a lot of your learning and it was hard thinking.

I am proud of doing it and that I tried my best even though I got 1 minute and 9 seconds.  

Next time I will  add detail to make my speech longer.

My friends at Eastern Beach

On Monday March 4th Panmure Bridge School went to Eastern Beach.  We played sports games and we swam altogether. It was fun.  I enjoyed being with my friends because they were kind and we were enjoying each other. I played with Angel, Leenas,Yvette and Jhardae.
